COOLjsBuilder is the IDE (integrated development environment) that enables its users create scripts for a web site without knowing anything about the JavaScript. You just start the application and after the short learning curve (minutes) you have the handy and efficient tool to produce the script of any complexity. We believe that everybody from novices to the expert users will benefit from using the tool.
