CxZipCOM is Internet Enabled Zip/Unzip COM Component with Events Support Your application can do Zipping and Unzipping with full control and speed. It also supports Events. ZipFiles can be uploaded or downloaded to/from FTP and download from HTTP. ZipFile can also be emailed. Developer can provide Progress or status in their own User Interface. This powerful Component is Specially Designed for Developers who develop applications using Visual Basic, Visual FoxPro or Any Development system which supports COM objects can use CxZipCOM Which includes ASP Scripting, Windows Scripting etc. Supporting Events is something, which powers the host application to know each and every process which is happening inside. This can also be used to display Progress or status in application`s own User Interface and more, it can control the Component at any point. This feature effectively makes the Component more transparent, rather than traditional BlackBox Operation of DLL or ActiveX. Apart from It`s Core functionality of Zipping/Unzipping, CxZipCOM handles internet operations of FTP/HTTP to provide the easiest method to Save/Retrieve Zip Files from Internet or Intranet. Sending ZipFile as an eMail attachment is one of the most required features in most applications; whether to send reports from within application or zip external files and send with message. CxZipCOM makes the life easier with inbuilt mailing system which can send the email to multiple recipients with the zip file attached to it. It also includes Features like password-protection, Multi Block/Multi Floppy zipping.
