FITONT works hidden and in the background monitoring all changes to files in user specified directories. Once a change is detected, FITONT instantly in real time, backs the individual changed file to a user selected `backup` directory. This Backup directory can be on a network server, on `Direct Cd`, floppy drive, or any other place that is safe to keep your important files.
