Fomine WinPopup is an instant-messaging tool for Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP. Fomine WinPopup full support for Winpopup and `net send` (Windows components). It supports many useful features such as displaying user presence in contact list, sys tray minimizing, contacts sharing, sound on receive and send message, high-color toolbars like Internet Explorer 6.0, autoanswer machine, history of messages, address book.
