FullPicture is an image viewer and browser utility for Windows 95 and up. It features a full screen image viewer with a translucent interface, and a tabbed image browser that supports drag-and-drop operations. With the viewer you can zoom images, rotate them, start a slide show, or change your wallpaper. With the browser you can manage all your files, not just your images.
