Mouseover JavaScript capability, multiformat support, browser previewing, powerful zoom feature, well-written help make GIFfyCutter best utility of that kind. It doesn`t matter if you use it just to create clickable images (image maps) for WEB-site, or split your multicolor image to small 256-color GIF-files.
