Mass Mailer - CRM For E-Bussiness is a powerful Customer Relationship Management program capable of sending customized e-mails to desired customers fast and easily. With Mass Mailer Customer Relationship Managers, Companies selling things online or even Individual people dealing with thousands of emails everyday will have a chance to find more time for coffee breaks while Mass Mailer doing all the required job. Differently from the early releases(v2.0-v2.5-v2.7) of the product, now Mass Mailer is not just an email sending program but an advanced database letting the users to design their own reports, their own Filters about the customers, email addresses, the email logs or anything on the database. After designing a report the users can send it to excel and use excel features to customize the look of the report. When Sending Emails Mass Mailer can use an external SMTP Server for faster processing or can send the mails one by one for advanced logging system. On a standart telephone lined modem with the 56KBps speed Mass Mailer can send approximately 15000 mails / 1 hour using an email template with a reasonable size. After sending emails the users can examine the logs and find out which emails reached and which emails returned bad. Also with the help of the email and domain validator options Mass Mailer can determine if an email address is valid and if not which action to take after finding an invalid address. One of the exciting features of the Mass Mailer - CRM For E-Bussiness v3.0 is that when designing an email template the users can customize each email sent according to the customer database information entered. This means that Mass Mailer has the ability to send different email contents to each customer with a single email template. Also Mass Mailer lets users to design their own reports easily end effectively.Reports can be exported to excel for adjusting the page margins and printing. Also Mass Mailer has a powerful logging system.
