Make multiple changes to multiple MS Word documents in one pass. Use it to... * Changing your organization`s phone number, address, web site or CEO * Performing server consolidations where document links need updating * Server renaming or replacement where document links need updating * Translating documents * Detecting classified (e.g. top secret, restricted data, formerly restricted data) documents that have been saved in the wrong location (by security identifiers located in headers). Search and replace (or search only) inside hyperlinks and hyperlink addresses, headers and footers of multiple sections, inside text boxes, shapes and inline shapes (and now inside grouped shapes), inside field codes, inside built-in document properties and custom properties such as Title, Subject, Author, Company etc. Search Only mode - very handy for detecting where replaces would occur Search and replace with all Word`s options such as Wildcards (pattern matching), Match Case, Whole Words only, Sounds Like, Find All Word Forms You can also use the optional TextPipe Pro add-on to transform documents using user-defined filters such as remove multiple white space, pattern match and replace, fix punctuation and much more.
