The only low level editor for ANI, CUR, ICO files with a friendly interface that allows also extracting all icons, cursors and bitmaps from EXE, DLL, OCX files. It gives you the access to all data these files. It allows to edit: the hotpots, time of a frame, the order of the frames sequence, the text of license, an internal name, color table, etc
