Reliable and tireless computers replace human beings at routine tasks providing faster overall business operation. While many innovations are coming into use day after another, electronic mail is still the most utilized technology, so far. We use e-mail as a transport for operational data such as product or service orders, helpdesk requests, business-to-business communications and much more. However, the major drawback of e-mail based systems is that usually trained personnel required to sort and qualify the incoming e-mail messages as well as to extract specialization-critical information from thousands of emails. Can this be automated as well? Or this is clearly an insurmountable task for today`s PCs? Presenting Advanced Email Parser, the unique e-mail messages processing software capable of relieving message management headaches! Advanced Email Parser automates the whole procedure of receiving, processing and sending automatic replies to incoming messages. The application uses sets of user-defined rules to determine the type of message and what actions should be taken upon receiving it. This method is very convenient when processing product or service orders and helpdesk requests as it allows automatic extraction of all required values from the message body and placing them in external database. Once this is done, Advanced Email Parser can send a reply message containing order or request related information back to customer. Unlike primitive e-mail parsers, AEP is capable of working both with Internet mailboxes (connecting to mail server and fetching the messages) and commonly used e-mail client software such as Outlook, Outlook Express, The Bat!, Eudora or Netscape Messenger which makes migrating to AEP a cakewalk.
