A Program for Cut a specific region from any video file,Split the movie file into two parts at a certain scene,Saving any frame from the movie as an captured image .And playing video files with a custom zoom ratio.The program supports (AVI,MPEG,WMV,ASF) video file formats .for input and output files.this have the following Features Save frames from the image as bitmaps ,Display the movie with zooming capability.Easy region selection with two movie sliders.and Cut the selected interval from the movie. ,Split the movie at the selected point,Saving the output file in 3 formats (AVI, MPEG and WMV).,Saving the output file in your custom codec configuration, Display Movie Information (Audio and Video) and Support multi language interface.Play Movie How to play movie for set the two end frames. Steps as follow Browse for the input movie file. To set the 1st frame: select “1” from the “Using Slider #” combo box. Press “Play” button. When the movie reach the desired frame press “Pause” button. Now the current frame is the 1st frame.To set the 2nd repeat these steps but now select “2” from the combo box. Note: the sliders are disabled during playing.
