AquaChess is a software program for playing on-line Chess through Internet Relay Chat (IRC). AquaChess supports prize-money and free on-line Chess, simple rating system for players, PGN importing and exporting, HTML output of games, positional setup, four types of Chess notation, storing comments per move, displaying emoticons and board status in channel and private chat, basic IRC commands for chatting, a mix of text/color/images available for chatting, emoticons, output of board status in channel and private chat, HTML output of chat sessions.
