Affordable, Effective Assistance for Communication, Learning Disabilities and Dyslexia. Read: If you want to read a book or magazine you`ve scanned, email from friends, web pages, or documents in your word processor, Aurora Echo can help. Echo`s screenreader can also read menus, dialog boxes and more from your applications.
