DeskTools is a tool that can toggle AlwaysOnTop, hide and minimise ANY application to the System Tray. You can also make applications transparent! DeskTools comes in a package with a lot of other powerfull tools like CritHide (hide all application containing a particualr keyword). And it`s all Free!
