All churches need a way to maintain attendance for their small group Bible studies, or Sunday School classes. Some are content to get the total attendance count from the individual teachers. But that bring up the question: Which members attended? And then there is the more important question: Who did not attend? How many Sunday School sessions has he/she missed. Easy Sunday School Administrator will help answer these questions using this Sunday School member attendance tracking program. To accomplish this the individual members are entered into the database. Only the members name and class need be entered to make the program useful. To make the program even more productive other information about the member may be entered. Using Easy Sunday School Administrator makes it easy to organize, administer and maintain your churches Sunday School ministry. Maintain members name, address, birthday, class name and more. Unlimited member records. The only limitation is the size of the hard drive. Keep your members email address confidential by not using a group list. Each message is individually addressed and sent with only one written message. Maintain class names, and meeting schedule in one place. Easy attendance maintenance. Unlimited number of classes and attendance history. An option to purge history for a selected year. Export member screen data to MS Excel or one of three other file formats Spell check your entries, including email, if you have MS Word 2003 or newer installed. Backup and restore your data to a ZIP file from within the program. Multi-user when installed on your churches computer network
