Easy to use corporate email archiving solution, enabling you to archive all internal & external email into multiple SQL databases or an NTFS drive, heavily reducing reliance on PST files. Microsoft SQL Server is not a requirement anymore since GFI MailArchiver 4 can archive directly to NTFS. Eliminating the need to buy an SQL Server license, GFI MailArchiver 4 saves more money for organizations without SQL Server. Allows network administrators to provide users with easy, centralized access to past email via a web-based search interface & the ability to quickly restore emails through a OneClick Restore process.
