Host Security Personal(HSP) is an important program that enables you to protect your computer from being unauthorized accessed by local users as well as remote hackers. HSP can password-protect files and folders. It keeps files and folders secret and safe by hiding and locking them. HSP can also make files and folders read-only so malicious programs like viruses and worms can`t modify or delete both your important files. Without password, nobody is able to delete, rename, move, modify or use the protected files and folders. HSP can also restricts uses of local hard disks, CD-ROM drives, floppy drives, and removable disk drives so without your permissions unauthorized people can`t copy files from your computer, install programs in your computer, or play games with CD-ROM of your computer. What`s more, HSP protects you from hackers when you surfing the Internet. It can block all unrequested network connections to your computer, or allow only some specified IP to access your computer and leave all others being blocked. You can also block some specified IP and let the other to access your computer. HSP also allows you to specify which websites or IP addresses can be accessed by your computer or not. Parents can use this tool to prevent children from tampering important documents, from playing games and videos, and from visitting unhealthy websites. Webmasters can use it to protect web pages from being deleted or modified by hackers. Employers can use it to protect production systems from being destroyed by malicious people and programs, such as computer viruses, etc. This tool is foolproof, easy-to-use, and self-protected. It supports FAT/FAT32/NTFS and works under Windows 2000/XP.
