It is a health, diet and fitness software that helps you to stay fit and in great health. Hythial Pro calculates calories burned form your daily activities and calorie intake from your meals. Catalog your recipes and it calculates nutrient facts and cost for each recipe. Plan your meals and it calculates nutrient fact values and cost by day then compares these values with the goals you have set in your diet. Create shopping lists and save money by comparing cost between different shops. Log your medicine and supplement intake and correlate this with body measurement readings. Record your sport results and add the circumstances like weather condition, temperature, humidity allergy counts that might be of influence. Record your body building exercises and sets and correlate these with your supplement intake. Build standard fitness tests and determine by age group and gender your overall fitness. Perform overall health assessments and prevent illness or overtraining. Analyze correlations between calorie balance, workout results, nutrition facts, body measurements and vital signs.
