JPEGCompressor is a java program designed to compress JPEG pictures. The Program compresses pictures to a specified dimension and quality. When you run the application select the directory that contains the pictures to be compressed. JPEGCompressor would compress save, and display them in an internal java web browser. This program is sold for only $14. However, to run it, you need the java runtime to be installed on your system. The java runtime can be downloaded for free from the java official web site. Note that JPEGCompressor runs on all available operating systems (not just Windows).
