NetPeeker is a network monitor and control tool for personal Internet user. It`s the first network speed limiter on Windows platform. A flexible personal firewall which can setup rules based on DNS name and URL. A spyware blocker which block most spyware and provide easy way to find new spyware at the same time. A popup killer which even kill `flying windows` For P2P users, it can abort/block connections and trace back who is the guy.
