RAUL stands for `Run As User Launchpad`. RAUL was originally designed for use by IT groups and IT Help Desk personnel to access utilities such as Task Manager in a restricted desktop environment. However, RAUL can also be a useful tool to anyone who needs quick and easy access to utilities using another account`s access privileges. RAUL is NOT designed for hacking purposes or circumventing security policies, each user must be authorized to access RAUL as well as the account they are using to log in.
