ScroogeXHTML for the Javai(tm) platform is a JavaBean(tm) which can convert RTF stored in files or strings to XHTML. It is fast, easy to customize and use and comes with full source code. It converts text attributes including background and highlight colors, and paragraph attributes including text alignment, indents and simple (numbered/unnumbered) lists. Also: CSS support, hyperlink detection, debug mode.
