ShadowBack will intelligently and automatically back up important files to DVDR, CDR, disk or tape without interfering with the user`s productivity, yet keep backups as up to date as their latest save. It can backup just your unique work, ignoring files you can get from installation CDs. ShadowBack will automatically and easily back up all of your important files. ShadowBack - knows when files have changed and can back them up immediately. - knows how to backup data from popular applications even if they are running and have locked their data files. - knows where popular applications store data - knows what data doesn`t have to be backed up from popular applications - has an automatic mode where the user merely has to insert and label media. - has encryption and compression options
