SkimEdit is a very small and very fast text editor. It intend for substitute for standard notepad of Windows. Key features: editing big files (up to 2 Gb), highlighting and activating URL directly from editor, convert OEM-ANSI, possibility to send email directly from the editor, screen position is automatically saved, toolbar and status line,shows current location, goto line number,word wrap toggle. Recent file list with cursor position. Installer/uninstaller included.
