TLB2HTML is a COM and ActiveX reference documentation tool. It provides full HTML Help authoring for C/C++, Visual Basic and C# in popular, MSDN-styled, CHM format. Program supports smart `See Also` link generation, programming language filtering, pop-up windows for better help browsing and complete color customization with color templates. It generates IDL files and integrates HTML Help Workshop, minimizing the needed work.
