Work with TaskPilot to better organize your life and make room for what`s more important in your life. Attach an unlimited amount of digital files with each task. Attachments are embedded into the single-file database so all you have to keep track of is one file instead of numerous files on your computer. Familiar Windows Explorer layout Select one of the over 10 skins for changing the look and feel of the TaskPilot application. Complete beauty in sync with flexibility and performance. Setup TaskPilot the way you want to work. Move docked windows around the main screen so you work with as little or as much as you want. Color and layout are completely customizable. Keep all your tasks and to do items in one location. Synchronize between home and work. Keep two files in different locations and never have to worry about keeping the changes in sync. TaskPilot manages all the data synchronization. Task reminders notify when upcoming items are due. Set the reminder date quickly such as `One Day before due date`, `One week before`. Set due dates quickly using a one-click date such as `Tomorrow`, `Next Monday`, `One week from today`, `Last day of this year`. Drag and drop between folders. Customize and set rules for the look of each Task so you`re quickly notified of specific information that needs your attention. Example would be to set the font color red whenever a task is past its due date. Maybe another rule would be to set the Icon associated with it to a specific image and then set the background color blue and the font color white and italic because the category has been set to `Important must see`. You define the rules and how to work with TaskPilot. You define the working experience.
