Techinline is a new web-based remote desktop access service that provides its subscribers and users with an easy-to-use, reliable and secure remote access tool. Techinline supports a variety of practical applications, and offers a robust network infrastructure with strong encryption. On the client side it relies only on a lightweight, efficient client that requires only a web browser to run on with a single click installation process. On the server side it utilizes industry-wide accepted protocols for securing data transfers and sophisticated load balancing. This service allows subscribers to create and host remote desktop access sessions between remote parties with just a few mouse clicks. Service is conveniently accessible from a common web portal to any user. No prior training or complicated configuration processes are needed. Even an inexperienced person can start using this service in a minute, and environment setup can be done in less than thirty seconds. The user that initiates a remote desktop access session is the only person who needs to do any configuration while the user that connects to an already running session just needs to open a link in his browser. Remote desktop access client has powerful features such as; full-screen view, remote view auto scroll, zooming, and shared mouse and keyboard input functions for both parties. Unique compression protocols allow users to work over slow modem connections. While on high-speed broadband connections users can enjoy true color remote screen rendering, and other advanced features. All this allows service subscribers to use it productively both in the office and on the go. They can also choose between subscription models to meet the requirements of their business more effectively and cut down their expenses with no degrade in quality or reliability of the service. The web portal of the service also saves the subscribers` time by offering extensive help material and a FAQ section that end users can utilize.
