Text To Wave ActiveX DLL allows programmers to convert any readable text to a spoken wave file or a mp3 file. The conversion can be in 19 different voices. Apart from allowing programming in any language platform, the DLL is a highly useful utility, as in reading web pages and or sending mp3 mails.
