WinChanger 2000 is designed to allow you to alter many desktop settings. It will allow you to customize the icons of your drives, rename the start button, change the start menu icons and edit the new documents menu. Further examples include the adding of a background to the Windows and Internet Explorer toolbars and the changing of folder icons. Almost 70 features and more than 100 policy functions!
