YAMP is a program for people working with audio data. It allows to: extract tracks from audio CDs, create samplers of audio CDs, decode MP3 files, encode WAV files to MP3 format, tag MP3 files, play MP3 and WAV files, decode Ogg Vorbis files, encode WAV files to Ogg Vorbis format, edit envelope of WAV files, filter WAV files, import sound files, mix WAV files, normalize WAV files, record sound from any available source, and resample WAV files.
